1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Note: Perishable goods (e.g., baking ingredients) are not returnable unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

Wait for our customer support to approve your return request.

Ship the item back to our provided return address (shipping cost may apply).
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Exchange Option

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for damaged or incorrect items), let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
