1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Note: Perishable goods (e.g., baking ingredients) are not returnable unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable items that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:
  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our customer support to approve your return request.
  3. Ship the item back to our provided return address (shipping cost may apply).
4. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Exchange Option
  • If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for damaged or incorrect items), let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
